They have the absolute best service around! The owners are super nice. The man saw that I didn't eat my burger (I didn't care for the seasoning on it). He offered to bring me something different. They truly care about their customers, and you just don't see that anymore. My husband loved the burgers The only negative thing I didn't like was that the drinks were in a bottle. So, no refillsWe will definitely be back, and I recommend this place to anyone. The next time, I'll try something other than the burger

We were in town for a quick weekend, and we found this adorable place. My husband got the catfish plate, and he said he isn’t going to be able to eat catfish another way! When we are back in the area, we will definitely be hitting this place up!

We went Sunday, 12/31/23, on Soul Food Sunday. The food was SO GOOD! Cooked just right! The service was timely! The owners (staff) are so nice and friendly! We were just stopping by but I hope to make it back there soon!

Found this diner by accident but I would honestly drive here on purpose. There is soul food and then there is food good for the soul…this place is good for the soul! The smells are amazing when you walk in and the food is cooked with love. People are friendly and even the restroom is decorated to make you feel at home. Don’t pass this one by!

I used to work at a small, private establishment like this when I lived in Cartersville, Georgia. Our slogan was..."Food so good makes you want to slap yo momma."Ain't It Guud! Cafe is absolutely slap yo momma guud!We decided to go on soul food on Sunday while camping in the area. From the ribs to the peach/pineapple porkchops to the turnip greens, mac n' cheese, fried okra, and black-eyed peas and tomatoes...it was ALL slap yo momma guud!!Don't forget the nanner' puddin' and the cornbread!The owner and his wife were very sweet and personable, making sure everything tasted amazing.We will absolutely be back every time we are in the area. Sadly, they were closed this evening, so we had to resort to leftovers.Don't miss this place or you'll be disappointed!

We were just driving through and stopped in and man am I glad that we did! The food was incredible we got shrimp and grits hush puppies fries and okra. First off I do not even eat shrimp and ended up stealing 4 off my man’s plate the grits were on point the fries seasoned to perfection! We will take the 45 minute drive to get to them anytime. The owners were so nice and interacting with their customers I know they love what they do. Thank y’all so much!
